(KNSI) — The suspect accused of stabbing a teen worker at Fleet Farm in Carver has been formally charged.

CARVER, Minn. (FOX 9) - A female employee at Fleet Farm was assaulted with a weapon in Carver Sunday afternoon, authorities say. According to the Carver County Sheriff's Office, just after 2 p.m., a female employee at the Carver Fleet Farm was assaulted with a weapon by a man.

When deputies got to the scene, they found a 17-year-old employee who had been stabbed in the back of the neck. There was a two to three-inch cut on her neck and she had lost a lot of blood, according to a criminal complaint.
